Commission Inquiry Submition:

Payment must be made before work on the commission has started. You will be eligible for a 70% refund anytime BEFORE the commission has officially started, this amount is outside of additional fees such as commission assets & Paypal's Working Capital fees (This fee is usually around 30% of the total invoice cost before other fees). Once the commission has started, you will be void of that refund. No exceptions. The Duration time to complete the commission may have delays due to various events in the artist's life, or due to delays with other projects. This does not grant you the ability to have a refund issued to you.
